While we primarily cook over wood, we think of this as cooking with radiant heat and a human touch.
Our food is driven by a deep respect for the ingredients we have, not by the flavors of smoke and char.
We offer wine pairings with dinner, as well as a wine list that emphasizes natural and biodynamic wines.
We do not post menus online.
